National FSA Conference - Help with Childcare

July 30 & 31 is the annual National FSA Conference at the Davis Conference Center
(1651 North 700 West Layton, UT 84041).
This is a wonderful conference to attend to learn more about adoption and have a lot of fun at! If you would like to register, please go to:

We have been asked by the national board to see if we could find any volunteers from our chapter to help with childcare at the conference. A good idea they gave was to see if the young women in your ward may be interested in volunteering, and it could count as a project toward their young womanhood award. The shifts are listed below of when volunteers are needed for:
Friday
8:45-12:30
12:30-4:30
5:00-7:30
Saturday
9:00-1:00
1:00-5:00

Volunteers Needed

We had our first board meeting as Centerville FSA earlier this month. It went really well and it was helpful to have committee chairs there to update the board on what is going on with their committees. We really appreciate all the work that those who volunteer with FSA do. We are currently looking for those who are interested in helping with Adoption Education to be committee chairs. If you are not interested in being a chair over a committee, please still come and find where you can use your talents and skills to become involved with FSA. We also need more volunteers to help with activities. We are hoping to have a barbecue in August to kick off the start of Centerville FSA! This will be an activity for couples only, and will be so fun to get to know everyone involved with Centerville FSA. We are looking for a good location for this barbecue and good ideas for activities that we can participate in while there.
